#24 Florida 20, Texas A&M 17

The Gators welcomed the Aggies of Texas A&M into the SEC with a 20-17 victory over them in College Station.  ESPN's College Gameday was there for the game, which was televised nationally on ESPN.  The Gators wore mono-white.

#23 Florida 27, Bowling Green 14

The Gators opened their season at home against Bowling Green wearing their normal blue-over-white and won 27-14.  Next up: Texas A&M, in the first ever SEC game for the Aggies.

Florida 24, Ohio State 17

The Gators closed the 2011 campaign with a 24 to 17 victory over Ohio State in the Gator Bowl in Jacksonville.  They wore their usual "home" combo of blue over white.

Florida State 21, Florida 7

In this battle of unranked rivals, the Seminoles defeated the Gators 21 to 7.  The Gators wore mono-blue at home in the swamp.

(15) South Carolina 17, Florida 12

The Gators wore mono-white and lost to the mono-garnet Cocks, 17-12 in Columbia, SC.

(22) Georgia 24, Florida 20

Back to a more traditional look this year for the rivalry game, the Gators lost to Georgia 24 to 20.

(22) Auburn 17, Florida 6

On a ESPN nationally televised game, the Gators wore white-over-orange, but lost to Auburn 17 to 6.
